Their will be multiple events happening in locations around the world, as RIM showcase BlackBerry 10, and the first two new BlackBerry devices that will ship with the new OS installed.

Thorsten Heins, President and CEO of Research In Motion, said: “In building BlackBerry 10, we set out to create a truly unique mobile computing experience that constantly adapts to your needs. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring our customers innovative features combined with a best in class browser, a rich application ecosystem, and cutting-edge multimedia capabilities. All of this will be integrated into a user experience – the BlackBerry Flow – that is unlike any smartphone on the market today.”

He continued: “Thanks to our strong partnerships with global carriers and a growing ecosystem of developers, we believe our customers will have the best experience possible with BlackBerry 10. We are looking forward to getting BlackBerry 10 in the hands of our customers around the world.”

BlackBerry Flow is designed to give users a seamless experience across multiple applications, feeding all notifications, message alerts, and calendar events into one central BlackBerry Hub. Wherever you are in the device menu, BlackBerry Flow makes it easy to access all this info with a simple swipe.

The BlackBerry keyboard has been given an update, with the software learning the more you use it. This will help you to write faster, and more accurately, reducing the number of typos.

BlackBerry Balance is designed to offer users the most elegant way of combining work and leisure apps on their handset, keeping personal data separate from work apps. Profiles can be switched with a simple gesture, and info stored on the Work Profile can be encrypted, offering businesses a higher level of security, whilst allowing employees to use work phones for personal use.
