Sony has released details of the planned updates for selected Xperia handsets, which will be rolling out beginning this month. All of the 2011 Xperia handsets will be getting the update, although Sony are warning that the ICS update will be less stable than the current version of Gingerbread the devices currently use. Sony Ericsson has given further details to their plans to bring the Ice Cream Sandwich Android update to their range of Xperia Smartphones.
