With fingers in many pies, Samsung have a strong portfolio of devices running across a variety of operating systems. One system used by the Korean manufacturer is their own proprietary OS, Bada, which is found on the Samsung S8530 Wave II. Sporting a large, 3.7 inch Super Clear LCD Touch screen, the Wave II is endowed with a strong set of features, making the device a force to be reckoned with in the extremely competitive mid range market. Utilising Gorilla Glass for extra strength and toughness, the S8530 Wave II includes a 5.0 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording support, full media player, stereo FM radio, and TV out support. Powered by a q GHz ARM Cortex processor, the Wave II utilises HSDPA mobile broadband, as well as offering Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Bluetooth 3.0.
