The Samsung S8500 Wave is the first device from Samsung running on their new Bada operating system. This superb device brings all the top end features you could want in a modern smartphone, all gloriously presented on a high quality 3.3 inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display. The TouchWiz 3.0 UI overlays the Bada OS, delivering a simple way to navigate through the menu system. The S8500 Wave has a high quality 5.0 Megapixel camera with support for geotagging, face and smile detection, plus high definition video recording at 30 fps. The Wave delivers HSDPA support with WiFi 802.11 b/g/n plus a GPS receiver with Google Maps 3.0 pre installed. The built in media player supports a variety of formats, and there is also a stereo FM radio with FM recording facility.
