closest in my search for the perfect mobile phone
As you may have guessed, I go through a lot of phones in my search for perfection. I must say that this one is as close as I have ever come to finding it.
I have owned this mobile phone for longer than I care to remember and whenever a phone lets me down, I return to the spares drawer, dust it off and away we go.
Although my favourite phone to date, there are a couple of let downs so let me get them out of the way first.
The main gripe is down to me, I chose the white model, which in my opinion and the opinion of my friends is that it is more of a feminine colour. The second is that the phone is a proper house brick which needs what seems like a twenty foot clearance because of the way it opens (seems like sliders weren't invented back in the day). Also, the twist opening part gets very dirty.
Now the good parts, the camera is the best one I have ever used on a phone. I use it to photograph any ebay stuff and the resolution is crystal clear. The MP3 player is stunning and the hands free speaker is outstanding. The menu is simplicity itself and there are loads of gadgets, none of which have seemed to have aged. There is a "facewarp" feature inbuilt which once you have taken a face photo it changes it by way of distortion. This can improve the looks of your family.
The phone has never frozen on me and has never ever let me down. It has been (accidently) dropped, kicked, and generally abused but still keeps firing up.
Joking aside, I have fitted a memory card to it and it copes with vast amounts of data. If you get the chance to obtain one of these heavy brutes, buy it as you wont be disappointed!
