Sony Ericsson W302 Reviews

The Sony Ericsson W302 is an attractive Walkman phone. It is slim and light, weighing just 78g which makes it easy to carry around with you. It's main feature is the built in Walkman music player which supports all popular music formats. The Walkman has a built in TrackID music recognition feature which allows you to gain information on various songs. Other features also include a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio with RDS, stereo Bluetooth, Web browser and USB.

It's a good phone, but not one for people who want the best
Like most Ericsson's, this phone is easy to use. It's a good phone, but not one for people who want the best. The camera is ok, despite being a Walkman phone, the music quality is nothing to rave about, and downloading games can be rather difficult as many are not compatible.
Unlike my previous phone, the K800i, this phone only has one alarm and you can't write what the alarm is for either. The battery life is pretty decent though, unless using the Walkman aspect of the phone, and has lasted me for a few days after a full charge.
It's a lovely slim phone available in a few different colours. Also, it has Track ID so if there's ever a song you hear on the radio and want to know what it is, you'll be able to find the name, artist and album as well as having the chance to download it.
would recommend this for the cost concious mobile buyer
The best thing about this phone is the walkman feature - it holds a lot of songs which is great, especially if, like me, you forget to take your MP3 player with you!
The downside of the phone is the control device in the middle. The down button has a tendancy to stick and as the phone is very thin, it can be tricky to release it.
I wouldnt let that put you off however, as overall its a very good phone. It has a lot of memory space, a decent camera and video camera and the text functions are easy to use.
I would recommend this for the cost concious mobile buyer as it does represent excellent value for money!
although the buttons are small they aren't particularly fiddley
Although this phone may not be one of the top of the line models Sony Ericsson have released, this is actually a nice little phone. It feels and looks a lot better made than some of the more feature packed phones on the market these days and although the buttons are small they aren't particularly fiddley.

Mobile phones are constantly being updated in a constantly evolving industry with huge demands. Where camera phones go up by the megapixel on a monthly basis and the next big feature just around the corner, it certainly can be confusing finding the right mobile phone.
Most handsets now could be classed as 'smart phones' based on where mobile phones were a few years ago with the current crop of buzz words - 3G, HSPDA, megapixel, social networking, apps, A-GPS and more. Thats why reading impartial user reviews is the best way of deciding what phone to buy next!
