Certainly been my best phone to date

This is a fantastic phone, its virtually undestructable, its compact, lightweight, always working and has a great battery life. Features texts, mms, photos, wap, games, bluetooth, radio. Certainly been my best phone to date. Well pleased with this phone, and highly recommend it. I know technology is fast moving, but if you want an easy to use phone, this is it.

if you dont need a large memory this is a great little phone

I bought this phone for my 9 year old son, it is great for a first phone and comes with reasonably good camera and plays mp3's. The phone seems quite tough, has been dropped a few times and still in good working order.

The one big drawback is the memory is very small and not expandable so my son filled it very quickly with some photos and a few songs, but if you dont need a large memory this is a great little phone

don't like the connection between handset and earphones

Functional and very simple features. The menu is straightforward and user friendly. Battery life is good. The earphones for the FM radio are ok, I don't like the connection between handset and earphones, it is slightly wobbly as this is also the jack used for charging and it seems to wear out a little.

Annoying: unable to assign different "types" of numbers for same contact (ie mobile, work, home) so you have an itrritating list to scroll through and view before you have the correct number.

Overall: easy to use, basic phone with neat camera!

all in all a good first mobile phone

This was my first phone, it was really easy to use and navigate without following complicated instructions and a good selection of ringtones.
After two years of using it the plastic screen did fall off and the buttons began to come off, but this was after two years of abuse, all in all a good first mobile phone.

cant receive photos from other phones, because the resolution is to high

My dad got me this phone because I often loose my phones, so I didnt need one with top quality but seriously.

There are no extra features on this phone. I cant receive photos from other phones, because the resolution is to high. Neither can I receive mms, and the memory is poor.

But its slimfit though, witch is pretty good, and because of its non existing features, there is no problem to use.

sleek and stylish design is combined with a 1.3 Megapixel camera

The Sony Ericsson T280i is a great mobile phone. It's sleek and stylish design is combined with a 1.3 Megapixel camera that can be accessed at the click of a button. So when you wish to photograph those special moments, you won't miss them at all.

And just when you're phone is running low on power, using the Sony Ericsson charger will enable you to have a fully charged phone in minutes...excellent for those busy businessmen.

It's lightweight, easy-to-use and easy to get started, depending on which mobile network you're with.

One thing to watch out for though - it is not a durable mobile phone, so be careful not to drop it on hard surfaces, otherwise it is likely to break.

phone is very good looking and otherwise easy to use and reliable

The phone can be irritating, as it stores different types of pictures in different places and if you make a mistake texting it immediately prompts you to spell a new word, whereas other phones have more flexibility in their dictionaries, allowing you to delete a wrong letter more easily without having the bother of spelling a new word when the word is already in the dictionary anyway.

The phone didn't come with a cable to connect to a computer, (bought from Orange) and also has bad signal, but that could just be a handset error.

However, the phone is very good looking and otherwise easy to use and reliable. I think the signal problems are just down to the area as elsewhere it has worked perfectly.
