Problem importing previous SIM card address book numbers

While the overall design is good, this phone seems to have a number of drawbacks that make it unusable as far as I'm concerned.

The biggest problem is how it handles numbers on an existing SIM card.

Coming from a Sony Ericsson T630, my contacts were entered under a single name with multiple contact details (e.g. John - (Home), (Mobile), (Work)), but the T250i only reads the *first* entry for each number - so either you have to re-enter contact details for all other numbers (e.g. John - Home; John - Work; John - Mobile), or ... stop using alternate numbers for all your contacts???

Radio or not, this phone's a dud! :(
