Keypad stiff and the Camera Lens opens often by mistake

Has all the usual gadgets on that you would expect but the keypad is a bit stiff which makes it tricky when texting. The camera lens cover keeps opening by itself which activates the camera, this results in the battery running down fairly quickly but I do like the camera, good quality.
