I have a hot pink one and it looks cool

Overall the Samsung X830 is very good. I have a hot pink one and it looks cool. People cannot believe it is a phone, they think it is an MP3 player. The music player is easy to use and the sound is quite good.

The only thing that is not brilliant on the X830 is the loudness of the ringtones. When it is in my bag I cannot hear it, needs to be louder. It is a typical Samsung, stylish and easy to use, I like it.

The sound level, even at the highest setting the sound is very low

This is a really neat little phone, with great features. The only downside to owning this phone is the sound level, even at the highest setting the sound is very low and if your phone is in your handbag you have very little chance of hearing it.

The MP3 feature is great, and the memory capacity is big for such a small phone. Again though this feature is somewhat spoiled by the poor sound quality when at the highest setting. Unfortunately, you have to turn the volume right up to be able to hear the music.

I have yet to find any games that can be downloaded to this phone

This is a brilliant phone! It has excellent built in memory and it didnt take long to get used to the different keypad layout. The only downside I found is that I have yet to find any games that can be downloaded to this phone. However I love everything else about this phone.
