The Samsung J700 is a compact slide opening mobile phone which has a glossy, mirror like surface. The 2 inch display can be viewed when the handset is either in its open or closed position and also displays up to 65k colours. The phone is one of the lightest slider phones available, weighing just 92g. The phone also has a 1.3 megapixel camera, video recorder and playback facility, Bluetooth, FM radio and MP3 player. The handset comes with 10Mbytes of built in memory and has a memory card slot for further storage.

If you are looking for a stylish phone that is also simple to use and not too complicated, this is a really good handset to match that description. It's big enough so that you are always sure that its still in your pocket but not at all bulky.
The camera is adequate for those last minute snaps and the phone also sports many useful features that other phones in it's price range come without. Overall it is a practical and easy to use phone that looks more expensive than it is.

This phone is very good quality. It has decent features and is quite easy to use. It is quite sleek and good looking. It is also cheap and the slide feature makes it good for use on the move. It has a decent camera and also has a music player. Overall this is a reasonably good mobile phone.

The J700 is very easy to hold. It is light, and sits well in my hand. It is stylish - I have the silver-tone model. I have found it a bit confusing when trying to find my way around all its features. I've had it just over a week and I'm still not there yet. I've no regrets about buying, though. When a friend saw it, held it ,and used it, she decided that this would be her next phone. A winner, for me.

Nice small phone with a decent sized screen. The camera is 1.3 megapixels, and is sightly hard to take photos as most end up being blurred with any kind of movement from the phone or from the subject.
Few games on the phone, and are all demos. Easy to navigate, and I especially like the organisers calendar, don't think I will be forgetting occassions any more.
Overall this phone is impressive for its price, although its camera pales compared to the rest of the phone.

Not a bad little phone, I have the purple one which cost me only £50 from Orange. I think for the money it is a great looking little phone, you could easily mistake it for a more expensive model.
The only 2 things that I think lets this phone down in the looks department is the top 2 soft keys, being plain black buttons I think they could have been designed alot better and the length of the phone when closed, there is lots of space above and below the generous screen, Samsung could have shrunk this down a little as the phone is almost 9cm when closed and almost 13cm when opened.
As for usability it seems like a simple to use phone with simple features, great if you just want it for calls and texting. The thing that lets it down in the usability department for me is the fact there is nothing to push on to open the phone which means you have to push your thumb all over the screen.
All in all though for the price its a good phone and worth the money.

Smart handset with clear screen and all the features you need at a reasonable price. The micro SD card slot gives great removable storage possibilities for MP3, etc use. The record facility is useful for recording individual ringtones. The device interacts favourably with PC.

I love this phone, I bought the pink version. It is so easy to use and understand. I always buy Samsung mobile phones because they are of good quality. The volume is quiet loud on this phone, which is great when its in the bottom of your handbag and your trying to find it, I could never hear my last phone when it rang in my bag.

The Samsung J700 slider phone is a low-end phone, but is still relatively full of features and is very stylish.
Despite the low price, this phone carries similar looks to many of Samsung's high end phones and includes a music player and an SD card slot.
The only downside is that the 2.0 inch screen has quite a low resolution, but it is perfectly usable.

An easy to use phone, would definitely recommend. I'm not too bright when it comes to using mobile phones, technology is so advanced these days that most mobiles have added extras which I never and cant even begin to learn how to work.
But this Samsung I purchased is very simple to use and it does'nt take long to learn how to actually work whatever it is you are trying to do. A must have phone for all you Technophobic people.

I purchased the J700 from Samsung on pay as you go with an O2 tariff so obviously as with any phone on pay as you go you get less memory for games and music as compared to having the handset on a contract. But other than that the phone is a really good one for use and battery life, I would recommend this model to anyone who has liked Samsung at any point in the past and I would defo buy it again.

The Samsung J700 is very easy to use and well worth the £50 I paid at Tesco. Very simple which is better for me, too many features overcomplicate it.
The camera is not very good but if you want to take pictures buy a camera. You can also join the Samsung mobile club and they give you credits so you can buy sounds, pictures etc for your phone. Overall it is a very good phone if you don't want something fancy.

Stylish phone, best one I have ever had. Glad I bought it with my birthday money cause my old one got stolen.
Great music downloads and games. Perfect signal I like it that much I am going to buy my daughter one for her birthday because she keeps wanting to lend mine.
