I went through 3 phones in 2 months. The port for the charger breaks repeatedly, and if you allow the battery to run down the phone won't turn on again. When pressing the buttons, you don't get the number you press (E.g. you press 3 and a 5 appears).... more »

This is a terrible terrible phone. The battery barely stays charged for a day, it loses connection in high traffic areas and the photo capabilities are limited. Do not use the USB connection to charge this phone unless in an emergency as it takes alm... more »

This is by far the worst mobile phone I have ever used, the accessories for the O2 Cocoon were also absolutely shocking. Even O2 were monumentally ashamed of how appaling this phone was. When I went into one of their shops to get an upgrade the sales... more »

A stylish phone with loads of features. Very appealing to the eye. My friends love it too. The cocoon is aptly named as it has a great protective covering which keeps your phone safe from damage.
