Features UsabilityThe phone provides better video resolution than many digital cameras
This phone has an excellent design and comes with a variety of colour choices. Its metallic frame gives it a stylish look and its soft non-sliding plastic body provides you with a nice feeling when you hold the phone in your hand.
Although the phone is thick compared to similar models of its class, this thickness provides a more solid feeling and the phone does not just slide from your hand. Similarly, its keypad is large and covers the whole surface of the phone, so especially if you have a big hand, you will feel comfortble with it.
There is not much to say about its features since it contains standard Nokia S40 software and basically does all of the tasks that these class phones do.
The phone does stand out with its video recorder quality though. The phone provides better video resolution than many digital cameras and you should consider this phone if you really need a high quality camcorder on a phone.

The design makes it shock resistant. This is because, I have 2 young children and the phone just gets thrown about and still it has survived for almost 3 years. Although the look of the phone is not the best out of all the Nokia's, all it matters for me is that it works.
Well done to the shock resistant design and child proof too.

I have had the Nokia 6233 for 2 years and have had very few problems with it. It is simple to operate and quite stylish. It has been a good servant to me, I have had loads of other phones which were supposed to be much better but I think this is the best I have seen for a while.
It has a simple keypad which is functional but nice, the buttons are not too sensitive but work well when pressed. I have never had it freeze up on me like some other phones I have had.

This phone has a great battery life and is so easy to use, the features are great.
Music is clear to listen to and doesnt distort easily, takes photos or videos and they are great quality even when printed out.
The sound is clear when you are talking on the phone, mine has taken quite a battering and is still going strong, it has been dropped, driven over by accident and yes it does have a few scratches but the screen wasnt damaged and all parts still work like the first day I had it, great phone for you if your dozy like me and are forever dropping it.

I have owned this phone for about a year and have had no trouble with it, the battery seems to last well and the build quality is good. The camera and video are fairly good compared to other 2.0 megapixel phones.
The only negative with it is that fluff and dirt gets stuck on the twin speaker covers and inpairs the sound quality, and due to the speaker covers fragility makes it almost impossible to clean

The Nokia 6233 is a simple phone that I got almost for free from T-mobile. It does not have advanced features such as a camera but it has good basic functions and it is a great phone for someone like me who does not use their mobile phone very often. I thought the loudspeaker function was useful as the phone is quite hard to hear.

Incredibly strong and reliable never let me down, very user friendly with a descent memory space for photos music and videos, Internet access at a good speed for downloading all those bits and pieces we are all after, bluetooth and infared finish the accessories.

My phone is the Nokia 6234 which is exclusive to Vodafone. The phone is the same as the 6233 except for it's squarer appearance.
I like phones that can do the basics well, and this phone can!
It's an ideal sized phone with slightly larger buttons that makes texting easy.
The extra features such as the mp3 player is quality for ringtones and the camera is half decent (I don't really use it though).
The menu layout is user friendly and the PC software is easy to use.
The only bad point is that the volume on calls is too quiet for me even with the volume set to 10.
