well featured phone that is spoilt by a rather tacky keypad
A well featured phone that is spoilt by a rather tacky keypad. The call quality is good, as is the sat nav. The menus could be a bit more customisable but can be lived with. The e-mail was very easy to set up, I wish it had been this easy on the 6110. Available on some nice cheap tariffs as well.
this is not the best example
I have only had this phone six months and I hate it. Using the internet on this is hell as the curser goes everywhere but where you want it. Battery drains very quickly and freezes often. I have had a few Nokia's before but this is not the best example.
have always been a Nokia fan, until now
I've owned a lot of phones, Nokia's, Moto's & Sony's mainly and have always been a Nokia fan, until now.
This phone is just badly enginereed and executed, the
battery drains too fast, sat-nav is a joke, key-pad is impossible to use if you have anything above small fingers, keys remain active even when keypad is locked, camera is exceptionally poor and mine is falling apart after just 3 months.
quality phone that is well worth the money I paid for it
A really excellent phone with loads of features that you've come to expect from Nokia. The Sat Nav is the best I've used and you get a GPS signal very quickly. The only downside is that the Sat Nav license only lasts for 180 days and then you have to pay £44 a year to renew. Overall though, a quality phone that is well worth the money I paid for it

quality camera, but should have more advanced settings that go with it
Nice phone with an easy to use GPS. Good to use as MP3 player when you top up the memory card. Shame the USB connector to a PC doesn't charge the phone when its connected. Good quality camera, but should have some more advanced settings that go with it. Phone seems a little flimsy when extended.
first Nokia I have owned that I have been really disappointed with
The first Nokia I have owned that I have been really disappointed with. Whenever you try to scroll down it goes into the GPS which then slows you down/stops you getting the info you want, as it takes ages to exit from the application.
When resting the phone on your ear, it sometimes hangs up the call as you press against it. Sometimes a slip of a button when locking phone turns on internet.
If its dropped it instantly comes apart, sometimes including sim. Memory alway seems full when only a few pictures have been taken, not good when its meant to be a camera phone.
I went through a phoneminal amount of chargers
I found the battery life is terrible on this handset,
I also had a lot of problems with it freezing and turning off for no reason. The new chargers for Nokia are used on this phone and I went through a phoneminal amount of them over a 6 month period as they kept breaking. I used to be a fan of Nokia phones, but this has put me off buying one in future.
