Silly technical faults which is a shame

Phone has been returned 3 times in last 10 months due to silly technical faults which is a shame because although it is an old phone the 2.0 megapixel camera is lovely and sharp, the sound of the MP3 player outstanding. Reliability issues, a little old and tired now (like a brick compared to new models) but no issues over performance.
