Motorola V8 Overview
The Motorola RAZR2 V8 is an updated version to the popular RAZR V3. The casing is very stylish with a metallic finish with hardened glass to protect the new 2 inch exterior display. Flip the phone open and on the inside is a smart new keypad with an even larger, 2.2 inch display with a 240x320 pixel resolution. The phone has a 2 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, new media player with MPEG4 video playback, USB and 420MB of internal memory.

I really love it and can't part with it, even with its faults
This phone was excellent when I first got it but after a few months the charger cover on the phone pealed off, now after about 9 months my buttons hardly work and seem to do whatever they want.
My friends phone has also gone the same way. But this is a very easy phone to use and I really love it and can't part with it even with its faults.
The camera quality is excellent and I have had some printed out into real pictures and they look as though they have been taken on a digital camera.
another good quality phone from Motorola with good features
The Motorola V8 is another good quality phone from Motorola with good features and quite easy to use. The colour screen is of a good quality and the camera always produces good quality pictures. The only thing that lets the Motorola V8 down a little is the choice of preloaded ringtones but it is easy enough to download others if you cant find one you like.
had high expectations for the V8 luxury edition. What a let down
Having had a V3, V3i, V3x & V6 maxx previously, I had high expectations for the V8 luxury edition. What a let down.
The keys feel flimsy and the keyboard fascia is very 'plastic'. The keys began to mark from my nails within the first week. The range of screensavers and wallpapers that are compatible is very limited, whilst the preloaded wallpapers, ringtones etc are positively archaic.
The sound quality and ease of use of the music player are, frankly, disappointing. The V6 maxx is a far superior phone in every way. If you were thinking of going for the V8 luxury edition, don't ... it's all style and no substance, or as my granny used to say, all fur coat and no knickers. Stick with the V6 maxx.
Robust, good layout and nice design
I'm having a lot of trouble with the keys - they either don't work, so when I'm texting words they don't come out as they should or extra characters are added in.
I love the phone design though. It fits nicely in a back pocket of jeans without being bulky and standing out. I also like the menu layout and the features. The phone is also robust - I'm clumsy and my small son isn't as gentle as he could be!
All features you want - I'm quite pleased
I think it is a absolute great mobile phone. I just bought my self this mobile phone to replace my old one and I am quite happy.
It is easy to use and has all the features you want.
I just love it and it has a great price value. I won't change it - I'm quite pleased.
Like Motorola phones? Love this!
The RAZR V8 is a great phone with windows media player to play mps's.
Easy to load tracks although the capacity could have been a little bigger.
Nice looking phone, very sleek and slim although its slighty bigger than its predecesor.
The sound quality is good and phone calls are very clear with crystal clear sound. Has a handy speakerphone.
If you like Motorola phones then you will love this one.
