Good phone, only problem I have is the battery indicator doesn't show percentages of battery life, so the battery has ran out a few times. Like the built in viewer for PDF, spreadsheet and word files. Phone can be tilted so that typing is much easier... more »

I got this phone as part of a 24 month contract but after about 8 months it started to go wrong. Every time I received a text message or phone call it would switch itself off but to turn it back on. I had to take the battery out before it would turn ... more »

Good to use but has regular faults that recur. At times when too many text messages are deleted separately the screen freezes. Touch screen is also at times too sensitive, however, the phone is light and has a good design. Camera has average quality... more »

Overall I think the KP500 Cookie is a excellent phone. It's many features are simple and easy to use. Personally, I like the KP500 Cookie because its a very adaptable phone. I have bad eyesight and due to the phone being a full screen this enables... more »

Great phone for the money. I personally think that it looks great, it's also very durable (having been dropped, thrown & chewed by my baby!) The screen is good and responsive even with the protective cover on. The stylus is cute and slots back in... more »

The LG Cookie looks good, but is a difficult phone. Calls can easily be made by accident when the phone is in your pocket. Texting is slow. Video and camera are unusable in any kind of darkness (no flash), battery life is poor. On the plus side the a... more »
