I think its a good phone and certainly easy to operate for a novice like myself. I don't use all the features available partly because you need to connect it via a usb port to upload and download stuff and this is not provided nor is there any guidan... more »

Great phone for a great price, features are excellent, only 2 flaws with this phone, the first being the headphone jack is an awkward 2.5mm not 3.5mm and the phone isnt as resistant to water damage as Nokia say, hence why mine is now being repaired, ... more »
