It freezes and keeps cutting off
Got this phone for xmas this year had nothing but problems with it. It freezes and keeps cutting off, sent it back for repair had it back one day and it started doing the same thing again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
It is a very nice phone and easy to use
It is a very nice phone and easy to use. Also facebook is easy to get on to aswell as messaging is made much easier by the qwerty keyboard. However, around a week after purchasing my phone it started turning itself on and off then I took it back, got it back again and on the same day it started doing the same thing and it seems like im not the only person experiencing it either.
The camera quality is really good
The phone is absolutely brilliant and I love the QWERTY keyboard and the amount of songs and pictures you can have on it. The camera quality is really good, but the one problem is that the phone keeps switching itself off on me. Anyone know how to fix that??? Love the phone but thats driving me mad!
I like the keyboard for texting and has a big screen
This phone is ok but nothing special, the camera isnt very good and it doesnt hold charge very well, but I like the keyboard for texting and has a big screen which is good for the internet. Everything else is about the same as any other phone. The phone feezes sometimes aswell but i might just have a dodgy one.
would be nice perhaps if the contacts could hold more information
Attractive device, I like the options to be able to change how it looks, easy to use. I don't have any real complaints about the phone, would be nice perhaps if the contacts could hold more information otherwise my only complaint is the inability to accept yahoo.co uk addresses. Otherwise the phone is a steal for the price.
best phone I have had yet, very cheap and easy to use
I think its the best phone I have had yet, very cheap and easy to use I just got this today, the only problem is I dont think the keyboard will last very long. Great design, I have always wanted a Blackberry but this is a just as good. I would recommend this to all my friends.
I quite like it, especially the full keyboard
Mine had a creaky back too, but a bit of bluetack along the edges inside the back cover fixed it for me. I quite like it, especially the full keyboard. Still finding out about the features because the manual is not very explanatory.
The only gripe I have is not being able to work out to schedule an event for every 28 days. But then I haven't been able to do that on any other phone I have had either.
had this phone for a few days now, and love it
I have had this phone for a few days now, and love it, it is really easy to use, and the internet browser is actually alright! One problem, where is the facebook app and where is the instant messaging client?! I have found neither despite being told everywhere it exists.
really nice design and I like its style and features.
I think this phone is amazing, I love it to bits its got a really nice design and I like its style and features. I really like the qwerty keyboard but if your not used to them sort of phones I would advise you not to buy one. But if you like stylish phones then buy it because it is easy to use when you have practised and had it for a while .
great to see useful features like qwerty keyboard on an inexpensive phone
I chose this phone because I wanted a qwerty keyboard but I can't afford the smartphones that usually have them. The keyboard is excellent and makes messaging much easier. The large screen means it is possible to see a full message on one screen. Also, messaging button for one-touch messaging. I managed to set up my email. Retrieving emails is slow, but works fine.
Browsing the internet is slow because its not 3G, but pages are easy to view on the large clear screen and entering information is easy. MicroUSB port for data and charging is useful for compatibility.
Disadvantages: The back of the phone is plasticky and creaks when texting. For some reason the phone will not accept "yahoo.co.uk" email addresses added to contacts. It says "invalid email address". Apparently this is a known problem and LG will fix it in the next software upgrade.
Camera isn't very good, but at the price not expected.
The organiser syncs with my computer, but not with Outlook. Overall: great to see useful features like qwerty keyboard on an inexpensive phone

Mobile phones are constantly being updated in a constantly evolving industry with huge demands. Where camera phones go up by the megapixel on a monthly basis and the next big feature just around the corner, it certainly can be confusing finding the right mobile phone.
Most handsets now could be classed as 'smart phones' based on where mobile phones were a few years ago with the current crop of buzz words - 3G, HSPDA, megapixel, social networking, apps, A-GPS and more. Thats why reading impartial user reviews is the best way of deciding what phone to buy next!
