The LG GT540 is yet another handset running on the increasingly popular Android operating system. With Android onboard, the GT540 becomes a high powered smartphone, with an open ended OS that allows installation of a wide variety of third party apps. Sporting a 3.2 Megapixel camera, the GT540 tightly integrates with the Google suite of applications, as well as supporting live updates from your favourite social networks. The GT540 includes a well spec'd media player, supporting both audio and video playback, as well as incorporating a stereo FM Radio. The "always on" connectivity on the GT540 is covered by support for HSDPA, EDGE, GRPS and WIFi. The GT540 boasts a 3.0 inch TFT touch display, and will initially be available in Black, White or Pink.
