Blackberry Storm 2 9520 Reviews

The Blackberry Storm 2 is a new and improved version of the original Storm. The technology and touchscreen have been improved making the functionality much better. Now with Wi-Fi and HSDPA, the 9520 is the fastest Blackberry yet for web browsing. Internal memory has been increased to 2GB which can also be expanded using a microSD card. There is a 3.15 megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging and image stabiliser. Other features include a media player, GPS, USB, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace are also pre-installed.

easy to use with a choice of three keyboards
Very easy to use with a choice of three keyboards. Large viewable screen and lots of apps to download. Email is quick to access and very good camera. All functions easy to use. Comes complete with magnetic leather holder and mains charger. Fairly quick to recharge although could be quicker if you leave the battery to run almost flat.
Maybe I have just been unlucky twice
Having taken a 2 year contract out with the Blackberry Storm 2 I was less than impressed with it freezing and crashing and then wiping off all my contacts and appointments within two weeks of ownership, this while I was just looking through the phone.
Even less impressive were Phones4U customer services who were totally unhelpful and refused to work with Vodafone who gave me their word that they would remove the Blackberry side of the contract. If done I could have had a different manufacture of phone to resolve the issue.
As Phones4U refused to make any effort I was left with a 8900 Curve I didnt want as a replacement. That is now faulty within a week as the roller ball wont scroll up properly only sideways and down. Maybe I have just been unlucky twice. I treat my phones like gold and I am hopeful that the Blackberry phone is still a good phone.
As for Phones4U I will never deal with them again, after years of buying phones through them everything was great right up until the vital moment I needed their support and they brushed me off without a second thought.
