It's functions are so simple to use
This phone is brilliant, I was torn between this and the iPhone 3g at the time of choosing and I am more than glad I chose this. It's functions are so simple to use.
The internet is easy to use, the bb messenger is one of its strongest pulls in my opinion, although I hear the iPhone has something similar now. The only negative thing I have to say about this phone is the random crashes it has, make sure you back up data often and its ok.
I enjoy being able to download various applications for my phone
I really enjoy using my Blackberry 9700 Bold. I like the fact it has a key for each alphabetical digit. I found it difficult to get used to from my old phone, but now I find it so easy!
I enjoy being able to download various applications for my phone, including themes to personalise my phone to suit me. I have downloaded various FREE games, which I love to play in my spare time. I have downloaded a virus protection software for my mobile too, seeing as I have full access to the internet I feel I want this for my own protection.
I also enjoy the blackberry messenger application, which is a social networking software for you and other blackberry users. I use this to contact my family and friends, share music and photos without being charged the MMS charges!! its great! I feel that its almost like a small version of my laptop but obviously even better because it has all the normal mobile phone applications!!
The features included are extremely useful
I have had this phone for approximately 4 months and have had no problems with it whatsoever. Having previously owned a touchscreen phone I found this device much easier to use with its buttons.
The features included are extremely useful for a busy life where you are constantly on the go because you can get all your emails and texts to one place and copy and paste within these therefore creating a device that is not only simple to use but efficient in speeding up communication.
On the downside, as a rsult of the data services constantly being on (although you can turn them off) the battery does not last as long as ifs preferred but apart from that a highly desirable piece of equipment.
The only thing I would recommend is if you are going away, remember to turn off the data services because you WILL be charged for roaming charges which can be mighty expensive.
the phone takes forever to start up
The phone has a number of problems, I wouldn't recommend buying this phone to anyone. The internet is slow, the phone takes forever to start up and there aren't a wide range of decent applications availible.
The phone is however fairly simple to use, I like the phone because everything is in one place, my emails, messenger etc. If there wern't so many software problems the phone would be fine.

I love the feel of the phone
I love my Blackberry, this is my first one, and I feel it has been amazing, up until now. I am very annoyed, seeing as I bought it outright, and it's already broken.
It's freezing alot, the battery is not as good as it initially was and the characters lag whenever I write a text. The screen will occasionally go completely blank, my texts are coming through late, and it sometimes won't let me dial out to certain numbers.
Some very miniscule faults, but all together, very annoying! I love the feel of the phone. The camera is very good, the battery life at first was great, but since it has just been slipping. I find this so upsetting, as it has been great up until now!
Lightweight and User friendly
I have had this phone for a little over three months now, and although it might sound sad to say, I would not know what to do without it. User-Friendly, Reliable, Keeps You In The Know On The Go with email, facebook and Blackberry messenger your never not in the moment!
I think people have been put off by Blackberry models in the passed as they seemed quite tricky to get your head around but I truely believe Blackberry have taken this on board with their latest model. It has step-by-step instructions built into the phone with all applications so once its out the box your good to go!
Key Features: 3G enabled, 3.2 megapixel with flash, Save up to 10 email accounts, Lightweight and User friendly, Blackberry messenger service allows you to communicate anywhere in the world with other Blackberry user for free!* (subject to data package)
Downsides: It does not have a built in FM Radio.
The usability of the phone is great, with easy to press QWERTY keyboard
This is a fantastic smart phone - ideal for home and business.
Although not as popular as the iPhone, this Blackberry offers a wide range of applications such as Facebook and MySpace. More and more apps are being released regularly, and so it should catch up with iPhone apps in no time.
The usability of the phone is great, with easy to press QWERTY keyboard. Personally, I feel that touch screen's are difficult to use, so having a smartphone with keys is a real benefit.
Overall, the phone looks good and works well. And with easy access to email and the web, it is a great little phone to have.

I find this phone very useful to use
I find this phone very useful to use, im not a business man but if you are this is a good phone to use. I use it for music and social networking, none stop using can last 2 days. Im happy with it and couldn't of had a better phone, also the trackpad is amazing. Just one little thing im not happy with is the back of the phone, it tends to come loose, other than that great phone.
listening to music is a joy and surfing the web is fast
The slimmer Bold 9700 is the best balance yet between comfortably narrow phone and conveniently wide keyboard. Easier to hold, stylish appearance, nice touch of leather on back of phone.
But not only has it improved in terms of appearance, the new Bold has more memory, a fast processor and very strong battery life. Camera quality is fantastic, listening to music is a joy and surfing the web is fast as it has 3G capabilities. Wifi connectivity is outstanding.
A must buy for those wanting a Blackberry!
Clear screen with excellent display graphics.
A sleek looking and lightweight handset. The handset is packed with all the features you could want from a phone. Clear screen with excellent display graphics. The laptop style trackpad is a massive improvement over previous models from Blackberry. QWERTY keyboard could be a little bigger, otherwise, top notch!
