HTC has announced details of the HTC Desire C, a budget priced Android device that carries a mid range set of features. O2 is launching a social media campaign, seeking feedback from customers on the deals they want to see on O2 Priority Moments. O2 will be canvassing customers across the UK, giving them the opportunity to let O2 know which deals and brands they want to see on Priority Moments, for discounts, savings and experiences.
