Great phone, but let down by battery life, although quick to recharge. I have to charge overnight every night. Great for access of email on the go and Internet, facebook, twitter etc. Ability to connect to wifi networks is great, saves on data usage and makes access much quicker, easy to setup extra email accounts, great for keeping calendar up to date with other calendars inc. Facebook. Nice touch that you can filter through emails on phone and delete the rubbish as they come in, saves time at home when downloading email onto main account. Some good applications available, both free and paid for though the App World system.

Once you are used to the phone it is very easy to use. Choice of keyboards, predictive text. Camera is very good. Easy to link up to the computer. E-mail and BB messenger simple to use. Phone is nice and solid and not easily damaged with day to day use. Sending pictures via bluetooth is different to other phones I have used but once you have mastered this it is very easy. Volume is excellent. Music player is very good through headphones but ring tones can sound muffled if volume up to loud. Otherwise this is a brilliant phone and I would highly recommend it.

The phone is good because it takes excellent pictures and is easy to upload to facebook etc. Stores lots of music. The screen is easy to view Internet pages and great for viewing emails. The blackberry offers fast Internet connection. It is simple to reply to emails and messages. The menu is easy to work round and easy to to pick up. I use my phone daily for social purposes however this can easily be used for business as it has great functions for keeping you connected while out and about. The phone is smart looking and still after a year i am not bored of it which is very unlike me.

When I first got the Blackberry Storm 2 I really liked it, it has a good lay-out and is easy to use. I like the fact that notifications come through to your phone directly for emails, Facebook alerts etc. I also like the google maps feature, although the other features of the phone are lacking slightly, it doesn't have many apps that are of much use. I use my phone everyday for Internet use, phone calls and texts.
The phone has got progressively worse, the touch screen buttons often don't work and i have to restart the phone by taking out the battery repeatedly to get it working, I have recently had the phone replaced and I have been experiencing the same problem with a brand new handset. This is extremely frustrating and if you are receiving or trying to make an important phone call the last thing you want is for your phone to stop working!

I too have had nothing but problems with my storm 2 which is only 8 weeks old. The features on the phone are great but I hardly get to use them because of the software errors (missing buttons off the keypad, deleting things etc) and the freezing, now I can't hear anybody on the phone so its got to go back again.
I was told by a T mobile rep that its very common for software errors on these phones and that other customers have had to return their phones several times. The battery life is appalling. I generally use the phone a few times per day for calls, but have had to stop using it during the day in fear that the battery will completely die before I make it home from work.
Overall I am very disappointed with the Storm 2 and would advise people to avoid it like the plague until Blackberry sort out these software issues. Knew I should have gone for an iPhone.
