Firstly, I gave this a three for usability because it's quite slow and compared to my previous Samsung E900 model. The keys were much more difficult to press and felt overall just more jerky. Having said that, it's a very good style of phone and the mirrored front always comes in useful and doesn't get scratched half as easily as people seem to think.
For it's price it is good quality and has a good range of features. The only other disadvantage is that the border of the keys sticks to the screen when you close the flip-top which results in marks being left on the main screen, that could just be me however.

This is a simple phone to use, without too many complications. It has a very unique outer shell which is very difficult to scratch, even with several visits to the bottom of my handbang along with the car keys it still was unscratched.
I have now had this phone for over three years and still works as good today as the first day I had it, Battery life is great, needs charging on average every 2 - 3 days, depending on usage. Very user friendly, and looks great too. Definately recommend this phone

Have the Hot Pink version and is very girly. Best phone I've had so far. Had it for a year but still looks stylish. Fits into small handbags and isn't heavy. Used it abroad twice without any problems. Also internet access is fairly easy to use for downloading games, ringtones and looking things up.

I really like the phone. It's durable and has sustained very little in the way of scratches despite being chucked around my handbag! As a girl I find it user friendly and far better than my previous phone but have decided I would prefer one that's not a flip up.

Very slim design, fits in your pocket without being too obtrusive or heavy. Very easy to use but I find the screen tends to scratch easily even when closed. The external screen is very useful to review callers or texts. The camera has reasonable controls with both magnification and contrast settings.
