It's the best in the category, running on windows 6.5, with a faster qualcomm processor. Having a bigger screen of 4.3 inches, gives a better quality in watching movies, playing games. The audio player is also good, when you put that on the speakers its blasting, the true blast you can feel when you use its state of the art head phones. It has got a real 5 mega pixel camera with a dual flash but lacks the front camera for video chat. The integration to all your social networks keeps you in touch with all your loves ones as well as with all the latest updates in the world. It's also good enough for the business users.

This phone is simple to use, HTC seem to have a good interface on their phones. Mobile email and browsing are excellent, with web pages loading at the touch of the screen. I use my phone a lot for work, so with Microsoft Office installed I can have documents in word, excel and even PowerPoint. The camera is excellent, the only issue is the fact it takes about 3 seconds from when you press the shutter button to actually taking the picture, sometimes losing the shot. If you use your phone for social networking then this phone is ideal, comes preloaded with both Twitter and Facebook, with options to upload pictures, videos etc.
There are a number of other features, like google maps, wi-fi router (using your phone as a modem), co-pilot (sat nav), YouTube and Internet explorer to name a few. The downside to this phone is that you only have windows market place to download your apps, which in my opinion is limited, compared to other markets like istore and android. Also the installed browser (Opera) doesn't have flash player on it so when you come across a site that has flash it won't allow you to see it (YouTube for example) and although you get a YouTube app on the phone, it doesn't have the same interface as the actual site. Another downside is the battery life, it doesn't seem to last long if you're using the Internet often. To summarise, if you want a device that keeps you connected, has your business needs and entertainment covered, has a super fast processor and looks and feels great then this is the phone for you.

Arguably the best mobile phone I have every used. This phone is not just a phone but a powerful computer gadget capable of doing any task even logging into my HSBC bank account which I struggle to log into with other mobile phones. I will recommend this phone to anyone anywhere. The camera is powerful, the screen is amazing with a capacitive touch screen and amazing interface. It runs on google android meaning you can download loads of games and software for free on this phone. The camera is fantastic and also record's amazing HD video. The only fault I could find in this phone is that it could be sluggish sometime when multitasking.

Keyboard a bit of a pain as it is touch screen and not too easy to be accurate. Windows mobile is not great but was essential for what I wanted it for. Fast smooth functions and brilliant clear screen, video is good, mp3 and camera all very clear. Slimline and functional within the realms of Windows.
Would like to see more apps but Microsoft seem determined to avoid this with another system that is poor. I am sure Android will go on this it must be out there somewhere. I like the wifi feature and bluetooth although struggled to find compatible devices. I would say that you possibly could do better but I wanted it because of other software is use and it is only Windows compatible.

I use my HD2 daily. I chose it because I wanted a large-screen phone to make web usage better. It hasn't disappointed. Despite using Windows Mobile 6, this phone is excellent because of the HDC Sense software overlaid across most of the OS. I constantly update Twitter and Facebook from it, I use the Internet several times a day with great results, the YouTube app is marvelous with superb playback on the 4" screen, email is a sync to use, the Microsoft MyPhone app takes care of saving my data, I could go on.
It takes great photos that I upload to flickr and twitpic. On my commute to work, I listen to music with great sound reproduction. I must admit I changed the headphones for my preferred choice. Windows Marketplace may not have as many apps as Apple's, but I've found some great games, apps and utilities to enhance my phone life, I never want to be without this phone. Whatever I get next will have to be so special to beat this one.
