I got this phone as I was looking to get an Android phone as an upgrade to an old Windows mobile. The main reason I chose this phone over other Android phones was the qwerty keyboard, which is definitely a bonus as the small touch screen can be infuriating at times, and irritating the rest of the time. The battery life on this phone is fairly poor unless you turn most of the features off, which defeats the point of having them in the first place. The phone is also prone to running very slowly, even when just opening your text messages. The good points of the phone are the qwerty keyboard, as mentioned, and the integration with your Google contacts and Facebook, the motoblur system actually works really well. Overall, my experience with this phone has been pretty poor, due to the poor battery and poor performance and I would recommend steering clear of this phone, especially as there are many more Android phones coming onto the market all the time.

Great phone to begin with, love the design. The touchscreen, keypad and the social networkings are great features.
However it has many faults. Phone keeps crashing and the keyboard and touchscreen are tempremental. Difficult to text when it keeps freezing. I've already had it replaced and now the same things happened again! Also not very good reception!

I have found this phone very easy to use. The screen is much more user friendly than other touch screen phones I have had in the past. The menu is very easy to navigate and includes all the applications I think I could ever need. I can access anything within a couple of seconds.
