The reason I purchased this phone was due to the qwerty keyboard. The rest of the phone is pretty much useless. Internet is only 2g not 3g. PC bluetooth software is so useless, keeps reporting it cant find the phone, its easier to connect the phone to my computer using the data cable.

Major problems getting micro SD Cards to work, it either reports no card is inserted or displays error message when trying to capture photos, video ETC to card. Battery does not last ANYWHERE near quoted even with bluetooth turned off.

Often after powering up it does not detect my sim card requiring me to reboot it until it does. Hopeless JAVA support, does not run virtually any apps downloaded from the internet.

At first the price and look of the phone was excellent. It is an easy phone to adapt with and connects to your computer easily.

After having this phone for a few months however a major problem arose, the phone wouldn't turn on. I took it to several phone shops to see if they could fix it but had no luck, no one could fix it.

Apparently if the phone is dropped it may happen.
Until this happened I had loved the phone and had thought it great for the price.

Got this phone for xmas this year had nothing but problems with it. It freezes and keeps cutting off, sent it back for repair had it back one day and it started doing the same thing again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a very nice phone and easy to use. Also facebook is easy to get on to aswell as messaging is made much easier by the qwerty keyboard. However, around a week after purchasing my phone it started turning itself on and off then I took it back, got it back again and on the same day it started doing the same thing and it seems like im not the only person experiencing it either.

The phone is absolutely brilliant and I love the QWERTY keyboard and the amount of songs and pictures you can have on it. The camera quality is really good, but the one problem is that the phone keeps switching itself off on me. Anyone know how to fix that??? Love the phone but thats driving me mad!
