This is quite a compact sliding phone. I have found it to be really robust, its taken quite a battering without breaking. It has very basic features and only has a 2 megapixel camera, but is good for music.

Has expandable memory via micro sd slot, however if you fill the memory up with tracks, photos, etc it starts to run really slow and eventually doesnt have enough memory to run applications. I have found it really easy to use, the keys are a decent size so you dont press more than one accidentally and the menu system is easy to understand.

Good if you just want a basic phone to ring people and do basic internet, the screen isn't big enough to do anything other. If you want a phone thats easy to use and just has the basics this is the phone to get.

The LG U300 is a modern and attractive clamshell phone which flips open to reveal the keyboard and a good quality screen. It has 3G capability, a good music player and a 1.3 magapixel camera.

Unfortunately, although one of the lightest phones around, the clamshell design makes it too deep to sit comfortably in a pocket. The unergonomic shape and balance of the handset make it difficult to use - I find it impossible to text without using both hands.

Although the menu itself is easy to negotiate, it becomes frustratingly difficult to toggle from one screen to another as each function is slow to close down preventing another from opening.
