Bought this phone for my Mum, its fine for the middle age group and above because it is fairly simple to use and doesn't have too many functions to confuse, but isn't such a basic phone that its an embarrassment.

So far it has worked well, the camera is very good and she loves using it. As it is quite cheap and available on pay as you go it seems a good choice.

I dont really want a lot from a phone but the K610i gives me all that I need, I've had it for a few years and it still does the job. The 2.0 megapixel camera is perfect and the phone comes with the usb cable to download the pictures. The software is good but you dont have to install it to download the pictures. Its light and the battery has a decent life, which is an improvement on other Sony's I have had. I'd recommend this phone.

I got this as a free contract phone. I wanted one I could use to access the internet easily and had decent battery life. This phone did both, I just hadn't realised it was as old as they'd said it was the latest contract phone, not the case. Anyway great phone for anyone wanting a basic phone with internet access and to use the camera and video functions.

Although the design, usability and all that kind of stuff is relatively good, it is amazingly good at breaking from just general use. I have never dropped it yet some of the buttons dont work, the slide on the camera doesnt work and I have had it 11months in october. I would not suggest trying to use this phone for more than 6 months.

I love this phone, its so easy to use, its a nice size not too thick and fits nicely in my bag, the buttons on the phone are clear, the camera is ok too. I would recommend to anyone who just wants a phone to make calls on and to use the camera. I always choose a Sony phone.
