The LG GW520 is a well made and stylish mobile. I think it is easy to use and the keypad makes text and emailing very easy. The setup is like having a laptop in your hand. Music player I think is brilliant on this phone no need to carry an mp3 or ipod, this mobile does it all. Overall I would buy this or a similar LG model and I highly recommend LG phones.

Impossible to be confident with this phone. Sometimes it does what you expect, other times it will not.

Confusing menu; I have no idea what some of the functions are for, or how to do some of the things I want. PC suite is just rubbish. Skype will not work, messages appear, but cannot be accessed & phone freezes. Taking the battery out then putting it back in again is the only way it can be sorted.

It has some redeeming features, but why put up with a sub standard phone when there are so many better ones on the market.

I have this phone on contract, only had it 1 1/2 months and regret getting it as it keeps crashing, problems with sending txts.

I have sent it off 2 times now. Would not recommend to anyone. I keep getting black and white lines on the screen. It's annoying when u got to keep taking sim and battery out then resetting it.

Its got some good bits about it, camera is good but would have been better with a flash.

Phone has been back for repair due to failing to handle text messages, still not sorted. The mobile works for a few days and then re-registers all text messages in the inbox as unread, effectively blocking the receipt of further messages. I have also had a great deal of difficulty upgrading software using my laptop which runs vista, the phone software is a nightmare.

Got this phone yesterday on O2, its a nice phone with full touch screen and good keyboard layout with good camera and nice menu lay out, screen quality is good and the tones are not bad.

It has 3g internet so surfing the net is fast, the handbook is not very clear so I recommend you spend a morning playing with the phone and just seeing what all menus do. It has widgets on main screen for facebook, clock, email and google plus many more widgets which you can move onto the main screen.

In general a good phone shame about the price of £150 it should be a bit less I feel, the phone is a step in the right directon for LG.
