I have had troubles with this phone from the word go! If i use the Internet on it, I cannot receive texts or calls. It is slow and crashes quite often. And I keep getting anonymous texts that just appear on my phone when I do a reset and remove the Sim card. TROUBLE! Put me off them for life! I have also had issues receiving texts normally. It can be up to an hour sometimes, and on bad days, it can be up to 4 hours later! This is not due to my service provider, as I have done Sim swaps, and that works fine. So it must be the phone. I really like the features and the usability of the phone, if only it actually worked!

Its unique curved design prevents the screen from being scratched when putting it down. I believe it to be just the right size to sit in the my hand while using it. The picture quality for viewing photos and videos is superb. I can even use it as a mobile Internet dongle by connecting it to my net-book with the provided usb cable.
A brilliant phone on the android operating system I take it everywhere and link in to my emails, facebook and the Internet anywhere I go. Take pictures and videos and share them instantly on the web or upload them to your home network. A remarkable phone that has revolutionised my productivity.
The only real complaint I have about it is that it takes a fair old while to start up and at times can be slow to respond.

This phone has being nothing but a huge problem for me, constantly not working. Turning itself off, and will not turn back on for hours. Battery life is rubbish, which when I went to a festival, it lasted 4 hours, even when it wasn't in use, I had to buy spair batteries for it. Error messages constantly for message & Internet, not sending/loading 99.9% of the time. It would send about 6 texts all the same, one person, which is bad when you don't have unlimited texts, luckily I did. The touch screen is rubbish, the configuration is messed up and it doesn't have an option to sort it out. It won't connect to my computer to download & install new things to help it work better. I hate this phone so much, I'm buying a Nokia c3, as Nokia's are pretty reliable in my case.

Good points about the phone are that the Apps are continually getting better, the keyboard is relatively easy to use and the word recognition software will quickly correct typos (usually!). Phone is ok but no flash - so if that is important to you this is a negative. The operating system is slightly more complex in my opinion than Nokia but the benefit of this is that it will provide a lot more functionality and choice to those who invest the time. Overall I would happily recommend this phone to anyone unless they had long finger nails, in which case the touch screen doesn't respond very well.

This phone is a Samsung HERO, with a spec high enough to rival the iphone.
The stylish look of the phone is certainly eye catching, in both black and white.
The android market hosts thousands of apps which are easy to download and there are hundreds of great free ones.
My husband and I were debating over the iPhone or the Hero and we ended up with them both. Two equally good phones but the HERO is fab.
The trackball is one of the best features of the phone for those who do not enjoy navigating around a touch screen. Very responsive screen, great shape and comfy to hold.
Slightly confusing when we first received the phone, we certainly needed a cuppa and a couple of hours to get used to it. Now we are very comfortable using it and I can honestly say it never fails to impress us.
