I purchased the phone for business use - forwarding emails etc from my small business which I run from home. The phone looks great and has some wonderful features such as word, excel - great for working on the figures on train journeys back from customer visits. But, the phone froze a lot and the screen needed realigning before it could use most times after it froze. This meant tapping the screen in various places for a dozen or so times. Try doing this when you need to call a customer on a deadline - or your just in Tesco and need to check with the wife what brand of shampoo she wants. Either way you need a phone that reacts. The response time whilst attempting to text or open the phone book was really slow, 5 - 8 seconds on average. Does not sound a lot but when you are rushed for time you really need a phone that reacts instantly.

Well impressed with this phone, full of features, screen is fantastic, the only fault I've found is that when you have the screen on an angle there seems to be a little to much play and it wiggles about, when flat its fine nice and solid, but on the angle, a little worrying.
