I bought this phone as a replacement for my damaged Sony Ericsson K800, and although it is quite similar in design and function, some of the Samsungs logic is different enough to give me grief especially when texting. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually.
Overall a very nice, light phone. Handles well, takes excellent photo's. Just a shame that when texting, there can be issues. For example, when going from lower to upper case, you have to go through numbers first?

This phone looks pretty good, its fairly slim and the number buttons are bigger than on my previous phones.
There are a few things I don't like about it though, all my contact info got really messed up when previously I used a Sony Ericsson. You can only enter 14 characters for the name description which meant quite a few names got truncated as I used to write descriptions like John Smith - Squash League. When transferred they came out like @#League.. or something!
The predictive text is a bit annoying as sometimes you need to press the up cursor to change the word and sometimes the down cursor depending on where it decides to put the option box. There doesn't seem to currently be a case specific to this phone on the market either.
The camera is quite good at 5 mpix, although the microphone quality is very bad for recording live music, just comes out as noise.
