Easy to use. Holds lots of information including all contact details, calendar information. Has a reasonable camera and stores many photos. I have all my music library on it also. The apps available are amazing as is the GPS. I have used this many times to find places. Blue tooth connection is excellent. Battery life is not excellent and it is a little slow connecting to Internet sometimes. I have other mac products that sink with my phone and this I find very useful. The phone is used continually each day for many of its features. The positive points well out weigh the non positive points. I will certainly be continuing to use and upgrade the iPhone.

I like the design of the phone, it is slim and light weight, it's easy to hold when you are texting and fits easily into pockets. Being slim it's also not too chunky when using it for phone calls. I use it to text and call friends and family, keep up on facebook and search the Internet and I use various apps on a daily basis. I download music on iTunes and search for music and videos on YouTube. I download new apps on a monthly basis, mainly the free apps from the app store. The battery needs to be charged for a good couple of hours on a daily basis which is one down fall to the phone. It also struggles to connect to the Internet at times and runs slow or crashes occasionally.

The phone is excellent and can do almost anything with this and has fantastic charge. I have had this phone for a while and really like it. It has excellent camera and video quality and great phone storage. I use my phone quite a lot during the day to phone, text, surf the Internet and play games. My children also use it and it has apps that are very educational. There are no bad points to this phone from what I have noticed as yet. I would recommend this phone to any age as it is easy to use and even children as young as 4 and 5 can work these phones and play on the games and download new games etc. There are free games and apps that can also be downloaded and these are great.

I absolutely love this phone, I'm completely clueless when it comes to technology, but I mastered the iPhone 3gs in minutes, after I got my husband to switch it on!! The only downside is the battery life, but I do spend a lot of time on apps such as facebook which would help drain it a lot more quickly than if I was just making calls or texting. My battery is often very low or empty though. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I have, I thought it was silly gadget that I would never use but I cant live without it now. All in all I think its a fantastic phone and definitely worth the money, in my opinion a better shape than the iPhone 4. The 3gs has got some curve which looks stylish and classy. There's hundreds of free apps to download so even if you think you wouldn't use the phone to its potential because you don't want to buy hundreds of apps the free ones certainly compensate.

A good phone, bettered only by the iPhone 4. The features are easy to use and very user friendly. The apps you can download for free are good and very worthwhile. The downside is the camera, whilst it is ok for close up shots, to put on Facebook or Twitter, it is not great for medium distance. And not having a flash means it is useless at night or in low-light situations. But hey, if you were after a good camera, you'd go and buy a camera right?
The battery life is not the greatest, but as long as you don't mind charging it every day, I don't suppose that matters, especially as you can use your pc to charge it with the USB lead.
