I like this phone, however its kind of hard to open unless you have small fingers or decent length fingernails. Also the phone always looks like it is off, even while charging.

The message indicator light only goes on for three seconds when a message is left. So you always need to open the phone or keep pressing the volume button to see if you have a text or voice mail message. Or even just to verify the phone is on. This is a drawback when your hands are getting dirty. At least give the consumer the option to have this feature in the menu.

I bought a T707 for my wife, what I would call a girlie phone. I purchased a memory card for it, but after fitting it I could not use it as it kept asking me to format the card. When I clicked yes when asked, a message said I had to enter a lock code which I could not find.

The manual with the phone is very poor and you have to open it out like a map, then have to fiddle about with it to get it folded. I have bought memory cards for Nokia's and Samsung's and they are so easy to use, but unfortunately this one is still in it's box.
