I've had mine for about a year and it has really started to let me down. Whenever I turn it on it says 8 missed calls from someone I don't know. But it takes a while to dial numbers and I can't connect to the Internet. It also has a terrible memory. It's really only good if you want a phone just for calling or texting. Another thing is that it has a very low battery life. It charges up in about 10 minutes and lasts for 2 hours tops. The charger makes a very high pitched squealing noise and often short circuits my power. I might have just gotten a dodgy one as I only got it for about £40.

Yeah sure it doesnt have all the apps of the iPhone, or Wi-Fi like the latest smart phones, but its a simple phone and its ridiculously easy to use!
My Mum's phone had broke so I gave her mine as she needed a mobile more than me (bearing in mind im only 14 so a phone is only used for texting the mates!), so this left me in need of a phone.
I thought I might aswell go out and buy a new phone but then my Dad's friend got this with a laptop he bought. He gave it to my Dad and I took it to town, got it unlocked, and my god I was impressed.
For such a cheap phone it has great features! Easy to use MP3 player, FM radio, the menus are laid out great so you can actually find what you are looking for with ease, instead of trawling through menu after menu like on the latest smart phones. Its not just a good mobile for the money, its a good mobile phone FULL STOP.

I like this phone a lot. I bought it after 4 years of using a D600. While the build quality is not as rugged as the D600 (I can't see the C3050 surviving some of the things that have happened to my old one!) But that said the screen is nice and clear, it does everything I need and more.
I have had no problem playing mp3s from memory cards, don't know how people have had problems with this (For ringtones they have to be moved to the phone, but not to play). The camera is a bit poor, but if you want to take decent photos buy a camera not a phone!!!
As for the lack of USB connection, you can buy the lead on eBay for under £2 - hardly a big deal.
I'd recommend this phone to anyone - I was so impressed I bought a second one for my other number too!

A good phone but the memory is absolutely rubbish. The quality is superb and is good for people who want a phone for the calls, texts, music, camera and time. Pocket size and doesn't take up much room in a handbag/purse. I carry it around with me all the time and even though it might not be a touch screen it is a decent phone that I like.

I bought this phone as a emergency replacement as it was so cheap, wasn't expecting it to be so good. This phone might not have all the apps but it has the basics, calls, texts, music.
It is better to get a memory card to hold more songs for ringtones which I did. The sound quality is excellent, really love this phone.
I usually buy Sony Ericssons as the first Samsung I ever bought was an E900 which broke within a couple of months, got it fixed and it broke again. If you are into your pictures I wouldn't recommend this handset. Also it doesn't come with a usb connector which is a downside
Though it is not all that bad. It looks very stylish for the price you would think it was dearer.
