My trusty but old Nokia 3330 finally bit the dust just before Christmas and left me wondering if I could find anything similar suitable but not flashy. After a quick play around I settled on the Nokia 2330. It is easy and straightforward to use (once you've had a Nokia...) nothing to revolutionary in the menu options but what really swayed it was the very bright screen - so easy to view. The fact you can increase the font size is genius and allows messages and your contacts to be viewed easily, especially whilst on the go. The call quality is very good, you can hear everyone well all the time regardless what's going on in the background. Battery life averages around 7-9 days depending on usage which is really good.
All in all a first class, well made and easy to use mobile that doesn't break the bank. The only bad point is the camera (VGA) - why put such a useless function on a mobile. If you're going to add a camera at least make it 1.3-2 mega pixels to enable it to work. The radio on the other hand is superb, crystal clear through the supplied headset. Great job Nokia!!

It is not one of the new generation of 'all singing all dancing' phones that can do anything but simply a good quality, usable phone with easy to find features including internet, messaging and camera.
The quality of the internet capability was surprisingly good and I was even able to submit messages to a number of online forums that I normally use via my PC.
One downside is the messaging function, which can be a bit tricky until you've saved your contacts.
Overall, though, the Nokia 2330 Classic is a decent phone that is cheap to purchase giving reliable reception with good usability.

Great phone for the price. Battery charger is small and easy to use. Battery life is long which is good for me because I always forget to recharge. The buttons on the phone are a decent size so would suit people with sight problems. Menu is easy to use, great camera function too.

A commendable entry-level phone for users that require a phone only for the basics of calls, text messaging and the occasional snapshot. Well designed, light and relatively easy to use, with a strong battery life and a range of useful minor tools for keeping oneself organised, including a calendar, to-do list, notebook and alarm clock.

I really like this mobile phone. It's sleek, slim and elegant, easy to use and doesn't have a lot of unnecessarry features. I love the classic look. The best feature is the alarm which you can set for a whole week, you can also choose the days you don't want the alarm to sound. I can recommend this phone to someone who doesn't want to pay for a lot of features you'll never use. It's really great value for money.
