I have had one of these for over a year now, with no real problems.
On the O2 network I have always had a good signal strength with no dropped calls. The handset is surprisingly rugged and has handled being dropped a couple of times.
One issue that infuriates me is the highly sensitive touch controls around the joystick control (they are for the menu). The times I have been composing a text message and the phone has somehow picked up a slight touch on these outer buttons and reset the message! I know my fingers are not the most slender, but I am sure they are not hovering anywhere near those outside touch sensitive buttons.
Good points are; Inexpensive, Great signal, Sturdy and fits into your palm nicely.
Its only bad point is that the touch sensitive controls can be too sensitive.

Design is nice and stylish, nice shape, not big and bulky. Features dont include things like simple radio Usability is quite poor as you might be doing a text message or something and then one brush of the touchscreen cancel button and it's all gone, overall a good phone though.

Having used many of Samsung's phones I must admit this is one of their best. It's small, very easy to use and does exactly what it says on the box. The only thing I would like to see is being able to add your own tone to incoming text messages. Apart from that I give top marks to Samsung for this phone.

Very touch sensitive, annoying when a txt is nearly finished and you lose the lot by accidentally brushing your fingers over a hotkey. I've also disconnected a call with my face while talking. Takes a while to get used to but love it all the same. Camera good, video length a bit short , not tried the music. I would buy same again.

Great little phone. Had it for a couple of years now and had a new one in between but reverted back to this. Very easy to use, small enough to fit in my handbag and has basic functionality such as photos etc.. but still a light, small phone. I find most of the more advanced phones are very bulky and difficult to fit in handbags etc. Overall, a great phone!
