An easy and versatile phone that gives you a wide range of features. You have Skype and video calling which is free, access to all the networking sites like Facebook and bebo. Downloading apps and games are easy, plus you can surf the web through Google.
Brilliant phone and easily affordable plus I pay as you go and having the phone for 6months I've never run out of internet use and can get on Facebook at least 100 times a day. I can always call my wife as she is on 3 and that never runs out even when your credit does, its the best phone I've had for value for money.

Brilliant and stylish mobile phone, great for people who use facebook regularly and windows live messenger. Fantastic for business users as there is skype built in {call any phone from the UK to abroad with a skype subscription} Battery life is quite good, anyone could get to grips with it. Only drawback is if you want free skype and windows live it must be on the 3 network.

Got the INQ for a small business I have just set up, as it was a really good deal - 700 minutes for £13.50 - need to keep costs down for now. The phone feels really cheap and slightly plastic, and it is fairly basic in terms of applications but it does work well. Makes calls and texts without difficulties so that is all I need it for. Not exactly a status symbol, but does the job.

A get what you pay for experience (which applies to '3' as well). Before this phone gave me a white screen nine months in, it worked well enough as and when it had a signal.
Email was easy to set up and use. The social networking features were fine in their cheap and cheerful way. Web browsing was less happy - slow loading, small screen. Widgets were few but again OK (weather, time, headlines - say). But reception was far too spotty - even in cities. The music function seemed to be dependent on buying downloads from 3.
Battery life was tolerable if you kept the phone in your pocket unused. The overall '3' experience nosedived when the phone died - they should look up 'customer'.
So what we're left with is a phone that's cheap and OK if it works, a network with poor coverage, and a company that makes you call India from their stores to resolve very basic problems. Not worth it if you can afford better.

This is a great phone, I have had my INQ for 6 months now and still find it really fun to use. Everything is so easily accessible with the scroller button on its right side that allows you can multitask. One of my favourite features it the built in modem. You can just connect the phone to computer by USB and as long as you have an unlimited internet plan you can use it like a dongle absolutely free wherever your phone has signal.
