I found this mobile phone rather complicated to use at first, but the set up of the phones menus soon become easy to use. It has a large memory capacity which is perfect for games and music. This phone allows you to create your own personalised play lists which I found extremely useful, the design of the phone allows the user different ways in which to use the phone. I found the flip design both attractive and extremely useful, the phone is very well designed has effortless flip action, and a easy to use keypad. It also boasts a touch screen, the versatile design of this phone will appeal to someone who requires a multifunctional handset. On the down side this phone is quite large in comparison to most other mobile phone models currently on the market. The flip design may put some people off and you have to use the flip action if you would like access to the keypad, as I found the touch screen keypad to be somewhat unresponsive.

I use this phone many times a day, texting and calling. It is easy and quick to use and comfortable to handle. It fits neatly into my handbag pocket and has a sleek modern design. The screen itself is clearly visible, even in bright light and there are numerous functions on it. I would have to query whether they are actually all necessary or maybe quite a few of them are gimmicks. Still they are fun just the same. The phone use experience is an enjoyable one and the phone feels good to use when out with friends. It is also easy to fit in my pocket for those times when I don't want to take my handbag out with me, or for when I'm at work. Overall, definitely the best phone I have had yet.

It takes excellent photos and videos and it's large screen makes it easy to view them. Very big actual phone memory capable of storing 100 of music tracks. Strong and robustly designed phone that has survived several falls. The phone has a long battery life of about 3 days with average use. Battery cover bit flimsy and breaks off easily. I've replaced mine twice already (only cost a couple of pounds) and my current one is held on with sellotape. It is hard to find any accessories i.e covers, to personalise it. I use mine mostly for texting. It has a keypad with individual letters which speeds up messaging.

On paper this phone is great. Pity it doesn't work in practice. I'm on Orange which isn't the best for coverage, so all the issues with reception were annoying, but Nokia were able to claim it was the network. More recently all sorts of errors have been happening. A screen and keyboard that only work some of the time. The screen also does things like pressing buttons when you don't touch it. Do a soft reset and it works for a few hours and then breaks again.
Memory issues mean you can't receive emails, text messages or download apps even when there is enough memory free. Answering calls is a problem as the screen doesn't work properly. Ending calls takes 20 seconds due to all the messages that pop up on screen. Common apps like facebook have a rather strange look and feel and don't give you the functionality you'd expect considering the competition. Screen lock is temperamental and the delay in unlocking the screen (up to 5 seconds) makes you think it hasn't worked. If the phone worked properly it would really be great' just it doesn't. After 17 months of putting up with an N97 the contract is finally ending. Don't buy this phone, it is really awful. A couple of tin cans with a piece of string between them would be better value for money.

It has great features and easy Internet access. So even the most infantile brain can use it. Overall this is a great phone and I would recommend it to anyone. It also has a great camera and music facilities this phone caters for everybody's needs. Although it is not the cheapest phone on the market has to be one of the best, its stylish up to date and has some great apps. Also you always know what you are going to get with a Nokia as they seem to make there phones to last unlike some other providers who's ear pieces and screens seem to go relatively easy. Nokia also have a great customer service team who are happy to help with any problems.
