Good phone, only problem I have is the battery indicator doesn't show percentages of battery life, so the battery has ran out a few times. Like the built in viewer for PDF, spreadsheet and word files. Phone can be tilted so that typing is much easier, uses all letters, (qwerty style) rather than 3 letters and number (phone type keyboard) especially when using supplied stylus. Data can be stored in micro SD card so not limited to a few phone numbers for storing. Has four built in alarms which can be used as one off or repeating even when phone switched off. Has good organiser as well which can notify you for events - can also be used as alarms as well. Data can be stored on computer using usb cable (supplied) or transfer from micro SD card.

I got this phone as part of a 24 month contract but after about 8 months it started to go wrong. Every time I received a text message or phone call it would switch itself off but to turn it back on. I had to take the battery out before it would turn on. Then after a while of being on the phone would just freeze. Good points are that the buttons are big on the screen so you don't have to use the stylus and also it is very easy to use with lots of features and the camera is of good quality.

This phone is great for design and easy to use with its flip down keyboard. However, it does come with its flaws, the camera image is very poor with limited options or extras and it is quite a heavy phone. Most of the internal tones are basic and bland. It can be very hit and miss with the phones performance, it sometimes won't load items such as stored messages or mix up the order. Access to the Internet is limited to certain sites. The battery needs to be charged at least everyday if your a heavy user. Overall it is a very basic phone and probably not suited to someone who likes to keep in touch regularly and go online all the time.

Good to use but has regular faults that recur. At times when too many text messages are deleted separately the screen freezes. Touch screen is also at times too sensitive, however, the phone is light and has a good design. Camera has average quality. Pace of snapshot is very quick. Easy to navigate and use. Good editing application for photos, easy to transfer to computers. Paint studio is fun to use and text messaging is easy. The keyboard is very useful, Includes a touch screen pen which is easy to use, however, it is just as easy to use fingers. Overall it is a good phone with minor faults.

Overall I think the KP500 Cookie is a excellent phone. It's many features are simple and easy to use. Personally, I like the KP500 Cookie because its a very adaptable phone.

I have bad eyesight and due to the phone being a full screen this enables me to see things more clearly, as well as this it has a very good sound system for a phone.

If I had to change one thing it would be the lock, I have noticed that if I have the phone in my pocket against something else then it sometimes will unlock itself because of the touch screen lock. Overall, it is a very good phone, it is loud and easy to use.
