This is an excellent phone for listening to music with its on board speaker plus the headphone sounds are great too, its a good durable phone and the 3G is brilliant for Internet. Not so good on the camera for still shots video much better but still pics are ok for the memorable shots so long as your in the daylight. Downside does crash from time to time but only when your trying to do too much at once. Alarms the best I've ever had from a mobile because of the on board speaker, get a 2GB memory card and your sorted for all.

The Sony Ericsson W595 is a basic phone, with the enhanced features of it being a walkman. The design is very sleek and smooth and doesn't weigh much which is nice.
However if your after a phone with lots of gadgets I wouldn't recommend this phone as it has hardly any applications and the phones camera requires a very steady hand. If you move even the slightest whilst taking a photo it will come out blurred.
I would say this phone would be suited to those who are not so up to date with mobiles as it is very easy to get to grips with.

The phone is very good value for money with plenty of features. It is good looking and easy to use.
The camera however is not as good as some other phones and might have been better if it included a flash as on the W500. I like the pedometer feature too which I use to measure how much exercise I am getting walking to the bus etc.

This phone was very easy to use and has some great features such as a good camera and you can play music from it. It is small and compact and can be personalised to suit your needs.
The plastic back covering the battery, is flimsy and some of the clips on mine broke, with this exception the phone was good and I would have it again.

I have found the W595 to be a very versatile and user friendly handset. The features are all very easy to access and to get to grips with.
The camera is 3.2 megapixel and produces very sharp images, although there is no flash. The handset itself is very sleek and attractive, I have the jungle grey version which is very nice. Altogether a very nice phone.
