The design of this phone is excellent allthough there could be some improvements with Windows Mobile to make it easier using the software keypads especially when trying to text.
The slide out keypad makes this smart device feel more like a phone than a PDA so that is a very appealing feature to myself and I,m sure other users too.
The downside for me would have to be not having Windows live mobile/messenger not pre-installed.
Overall a very attractive and productive product and one of the best Windows Mobile devices I have used.
