I only wanted a simple phone, and this was exactly that. Not one of those complicated touch phones but still practical with full texting ability and calling. This phone also has a 5mp camera which suprised me as most of these modern touch or computer phone camera's don't boast that high mp's. Great phone, no problems to date.

Very pleased with this sleek looking camera phone which I bought for around £60 in August 2009. The phone is simple, easy to navigate and it includes all the features I need including a camera, video camera, web access and scheduler. You can easily connect to your PC to add documents, ringtones and applications.

The camera is the main reason I bought this particular model. At 5.0 megapixels the pictures come out sharp and the camera tends to cope well in a variety of photo conditions. The battery life is also good.

The only slight downside with the phone is that the games are a bit childlike and at the same time bizarrely difficult to play (with complicated key combinations to remember). Also the screen being made of a perspex like material scratches very easily.

Overall, a great value for money camera phone if photos are your thing.

This mobile phone was a very good purchase, the price was not too steep. When you unbox the phone, you can immediately see that it looks very sleek and expensive for the price it costs. The features are very good. The one bad thing about this phone is that the vibrate feature is not great, on many occasions whilst my phone has been in my pocket I have missed a call or a text due to the fact that I have not noticed that the phone has vibrated.

This is my first LG phone and I have never used other phones as much as I use this one. I love the sleek shape and the uncomplicated ease of use. My favourite feature is the camera. Will always choose LG for my upgrades and cant wait for next upgrade

The KC550 Orsay struggles to receive reception in most areas and lacks customization. The camera flash is not of quality of that of the Sony Ericsson Cybershot camera phones. The picture quality is not good when taken in dim light areas. Design is simple and good.
