Very heavy cumbersome device, hardware (keypad) is awkward to use, but touchscreen is excellent and the software is good, my particular one has crashed about 3 times in 18 months, but if you take the battery out and replace it, it seems fine. Battery life isnt great but it is sufficient (have to charge mine every night as battery drops to about half throughout day.

Bit chunky but slide out keyboard great. Windows Mobile 6. Easily mates with Vista and not bad with XP.

Not the quickest of operating systems, indeed the Trion, it's predecessor, did everything quicker even with a slower processor and less internal memory. The camera is poor, 3mp but won't do anything in low light and there's a huge shutter lag of 4 seconds.

However, the fact that I use it's Sat Nav, look at Word documents, download e-mail, listen to mp3 tracks, watch my home TV via Slingplayer application and use it as a 3G modem, bluetoothed to my laptop says to you that this really is a jack of all trades.

Better camera and slightly quicker interface would give it the final 5th star.

This is what they call a SmartPhone, and boy, does it live up to expectations. The handset has a keypad which slides out, making texting and email surfing a breeze. The whole menu system, using Windows Mobile 6 makes navigating this phone easy. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who likes to surf the internet and be connected.

Brilliant, it really is a good phone, bit bulky and loads up slow, but the best phone I have had so far, really is my mini laptop.

The sound quality when making phone calls is not that good, and I think the phone should come with a better case to protect it. Another improvement would be to have call barring so you can filter calls, however you can get hold of other programs and add this later.
