I think its a good phone and certainly easy to operate for a novice like myself. I don't use all the features available partly because you need to connect it via a usb port to upload and download stuff and this is not provided nor is there any guidance as to how you might do this.

I text a fair bit and find that because the keypad is flat rather than buttons it seems harder to text than on other friends phones.

A basic phone with easy usability. Fine if you are only interested in texting and calling. It requires extra memory if you what to download a selection of music, photos and video clips. I was only able to download one music track. Ringtone volume can be quiet even when at full volume, so pick a noisy music track.

Great phone for a great price, features are excellent, only 2 flaws with this phone, the first being the headphone jack is an awkward 2.5mm not 3.5mm and the phone isnt as resistant to water damage as Nokia say, hence why mine is now being repaired, apart from that a great phone though.

Good thing about this phone is the screen appears to be some form of plastic rather than glass which has resisted lots of falls and no scratches, unlike my Motorola SLVR which cracked the first time I dropped it.
