This is an easy to use phone. The shape is very comfortable in your hand. Case is very hard wearing. I have had this phone for a long time using it for work and it never lets me down. I have only ever had one battery in this phone and it is still holding a good charge.

As much as I loved this phone once I got it, it has broken twice since I've had it, and the last time it cost more to fix it than the phone was worth. The pictures on the screen stopped working, and it made it difficult to use, because I couldn't see anything on the screen.
It was the connections inside and it would take a lot to fix it, so I had to get rid of it. I had not had the phone for that long, and I was not impressed.

Found this phone ergonomically very difficult to use. Battery power is weak, graphics are poor. Battery exceptionally difficult to get in and out of the phone as was the sim card.
Paid a lot for this phone but its rubbish so have reverted to using an earlier less fancy featured Motorola model which is far more user frinedly and reliable.

A great little phone, lasted me 2 years which, compared to most phones nowadays, is really something. It didn't really have anything wrong with it when I traded it in for a newer model - it just wouldn't let me open some outbox messages. Even after 2 years of use it still had a battery life of 48+ hours, even when used for a lot of calls.
A few downsides - not great memory for message storage (could only store 99 messages) and probably doesn't have a great camera when compared to the new Sony or Samsung models.
But all in all a wonderful phone - almost regret not getting the same phone when it finally began to break.

This is a good phone which is some years old now but does what a phone should do ie. be able to revieve calls & messages and be able to make calls and send messages. I am not a big fan of phones which are crammed full of gadgets ie cameras, mp3 playes , GPS and so on.
