Overall an excellent phone at a good value price. It's ideal as a first first phone for a young teen (you are not going to get too upset if it gets lost) and great for a low user such as myself. I use it mainly for texts and making the occasional call and even the odd photograph.
Having used another brand of phone recently for some considerable time until it died, going back to a Nokia has reminded me how easy the operating systems are for their phones, especially with the texting. The predictive text actually speaks my language and doesn't lead to huge frustration when trying to use it.
The screen is easy to view, the choice of tones and alerts is perfectly adequate, you can email and access the internet on it and I am sure it probably does alot more than I have actually discovered yet.
The camera is easy to use and the quality of the photographs seem fine.
It may not be full of gadgets and gismos but its well designed, simple to use and does everything I need from a phone.

This phone may now be considered 'basic' but for me it does exactly what I want a mobile phone to do.
It is easy to use;stylish, lightweight and comforting in its simplicity for those of us terrified by the array of technological advances mobile phones now offer.
I have had this phone for 2 years, I have dropped it repeatedly, once in water, and it has recovered and continued to work regardless. It takes good pictures and I have been able to video events to replay.
The calendar and reminders for me is a godsend. Organising my life is now solely dependant on this phone.

A small and compact mobile that hides nicely in a pocket. This Nokia isn't blessed with top quality features, but if one were wanting a basic mobile and with basic functions then this little phone does exactly that. Basic phone use, and text facility is why I use this phone. If you want a good camera, good speakerphone, good MP3/4 for music, then I'd look at spending more money.

An attractive phone with all the features you would expect for the price. Camera is very basic quality although functional. Menu and navigation is excellent, which is why I chose a Nokia phone after having other brands. It is not very robust and comes apart easily when dropped.

Very easy to use, this phone has a very good memory and features, very rough and tough. Looks like a very expensive phone but in reality it is not very expensive. We can listen music and use internet on it. Overall very good phone. I have been using the 2630 for five years and my experience of using this phone is excellent.
