The phone itself is pink and black, very girly and has a fun flowery pattern on the back. However I have only had this mobile a few months and it keeps turning itself off without warning, I have sent it back several times and when it is claimed to be fixed the same happens several weeks later. However it contains some top features and has a high quality camera.

All in all a relatively good phone except it crashes when the battery gets low. Is a common fault in this model and I have heard from a few other people that it happens to them too. I'm only using it as my Samsung has broken and I much prefer that one. This handset needs a few tweeks.

This phone is good if you use it rarely, very slimline and efficient but when texting or phoning all the time it can sometimes switch itself off or turn itself into flight mode.

Very annoying if you re in a rush and it decides to do this as the only way to rectify this is to turn it off and then on again. The camera isn't too bad as it is a low pixel you cannot expect anymore and same goes for videos.

I would say the best part of this phone would be the music player. It seems to be very loud and plays through different playlists if you ceate them.

Another good point to this is that when playing games you have the sensor to use rather than buttons which makes it alot more fun. A good phone in general.

I got my phone in feb this year on contract renewal, love the phone, but have had 3 phones in the first 6 weeks, phone keeps turning itself off then on again, does this at least twice a day, sometimes about 20. or comes up ''Inactive sim''.

Do wish I'd read these reviews before getting it, very annoying, particularly when it cuts off during a call, worst thing is got it on 24 months contract, so have to put up with it for another 15 months.

Easy to use, good design but poor quality software, it keeps switching itself off and draining the battery. Had to buy three new batteries before realising that the software was the problem. I've had 8 phones from Sony Ericsson and never had any problems that I've had with this one.
